Terms and Conditions A non-refundable deposit is required of 20% for all cakes at time of ordering. A further 50% is required six weeks prior to your event on orders over £100. The balance of all cakes is due on delivery of your cake. All quotes are valid for 28 days from date of issue. Payment can be made by cash, cheque or bank transfer. Any changes to your order including the date, size of cake or updates to your design must be submitted in writing. Any alteration to dates will be subject to availability. Set up and delivery within 10 miles of Bilston is offered free of charge for orders over £100, otherwise a small delivery charge may apply. The cake table must be level, stable, clothed and ready for cake placement prior to delivery. Cakes can be collected by prior arrangement, however cakes transported by you are done so at your own risk. Looking after your cake Make sure your cake is eaten before its best before date. Your cake should be stored in a cool area and in the box provided. There may be non edible items on your cake, these must be removed before cutting. If your cake has tiers stacked directly on top of each other they must be seperated and support dowels removed prior to cutting. Ensure cut cakes are covered well with cling film. By making an order and paying your deposit you are agreeing to all of the above conditions. |
