Sponge cakes are made in a variety of flavours including vanilla, lemon, chocolate, egg free and more.
All cakes are hand made to order and are designed to your individual specifications in order to provide you with a unique cake.

"I have been creating cakes over the past few years for family and friends and I have recently been selling them to customers on a professional level. I originally started making cakes for my children and soon found that I became hooked, everyone was impressed by my work and where asking me to make more and more to which I was only too happy to oblige. Although originally self taught, I then started taking lessons at a local class and enrolled at college to enable me to learn more techniques and improve on my skills."
